Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from our Braintree warehouse Monday to Friday. Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. Express orders placed before 2pm on a working day are delivered the next business day. Please allow 5–7 working days for the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
You will receive an order confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking when your parcel is dispatched.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, Jersey and the Isle of Man. We do not currently ship to other countries.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please read our refund policy or contact hello@tradetidy.com for a returns number.
