Delivery Information

 

What delivery services do you offer? 

We keep it simple with a UK mainland delivery service of 3-4 working days.  Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery to the Scottish Highlands.  Please allow 1-2 days for us to dispatch your goods.  

 

What is the cost of delivery?

Free on ALL orders over £75 (unless you choose the express option which costs £3.99) or £5.99 otherwise (or £8.99 for our express delivery option - £3.99 for express if over £75). This excludes deliveries to Northern Ireland which are subject to freight charges.

 

Do you delivery internationally?

No unfortunately we don't. 

 

Has my order been dispatched yet?

You’ll receive an email confirmation from ourselves when you place an order.  You’ll then receive a second email from our warehouse when they’ve dispatched your order.  If you don’t receive this email within 3 days please get in touch with us hello@tradetidy.com or 01245 942010 (lines open 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday).

 

Which couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail for our delivery services.  

 

My delivery hasn’t arrived yet and it’s outside the delivery time – what can I do?

Please allow 3-4 working days for UK mainland or 5-7 working days for Scottish Highlands delivery.  Please allow extra time for bank holiday weekends.  If you still haven’t received your parcel please contact us 01245 890189 (lines open 9am – 4pm Monday - Friday) or hello@tradetidy.com and we’ll be happy to help.

 

 

Your Account

 

Do I need to set up an account with you?

Setting up an account is very easy and will enable you to log back in at a later date to see your order history, track an order, save your payment details or change your address and contact details. All you need to do is give us your name and address details and create a password and you’re ready to go.  However, if you’d rather not create an account you can still continue with your order as a guest – we’ll still need for your address details etc for delivery purposes but they won’t be saved.

 

I’ve forgotten my password – what do I do?

Simply visit the ‘My Account/Login’ section and click on the ‘Forgotten your password’ button and a reset link will be sent to you via email.

 

 

Placing An Order

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept the following payment methods:  Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

 

Can I add to an existing order?

If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order there is a good chance we can add to your order.  Failing that we may ask you to place another order and then we will refund the postage charge on your second order so you only pay one postage charge.  Contact us on 01245 942010 (Lines open 9am-4pm Monday – Friday) or hello@tradetidy.com

 

Can I cancel/change my order online?

Unfortunately not as once the order has been placed it cannot be changed online.  Please contact us within an hour of placing your order on 01245 942010 (lines open 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday) or hello@tradetidy.com and we’ll be able to help.

 

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is taken at the point when the order is placed.  If for any reason your item isn’t dispatched or we have stock shortages and you are only sent part of your order a refund will be paid back to you within 3-5 days.

 

Can I order over the phone?

Yes that’s no problem – give our friendly team a call on 01245 942010 (lines open 9am -4pm Monday – Friday) and we’ll take your order and payment.

 

Has my order been placed successfully?

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an order confirmation with an order number.  If you don’t receive this please double check you’ve spelt your email address correctly and check your junk mail.  If you still haven’t received it please get in touch with our customer service time on hello@tradetidy.com or 01245 890189 (lines open 9am -4pm Monday - Friday) and we’ll be happy to help.

 

 

Refunds & Exchanges

 

Can I return an unwanted item?

Yes no problem.  As long as it’s within 30 days since you purchased the item and it’s in an unused condition we can offer a refund/exchange. 

 

Please notify us of the return so we can provide you with a returns number – hello@tradetidy.com or 01245 890189 (lines open 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday).

Once your item arrives it will be inspected before a refund/exchange is given.  Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to arrive in your bank account.  Returns are sent at your cost.

 

What guarantees do you offer?

All of our products are covered by a 1 year manufacturer’s defect guarantee.  This covers any defects in the product resulting from an error in our manufacturing processes.  It does not cover defects caused by customer misuse.

 

When will my refund arrive back in my bank account?

Please allow up to 14 days for your bank account to be reimbursed once a refund has been processed.

How do I make a complaint?
