Monthly Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Aspro Tools Ltd T/A TradeTidy (company no. 12377761) whose registered office is at:  Saxon House, Springfield Lyons Approach, Springfield, Essex, CM2 5LB 

2. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility to enter 

3. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize stipulated by TradeTidy. 
5. The prize draw is free to enter. 

How to enter 

6. To enter, simply post a photo of your TradeTidy product(s) in use on your social media story or main post and tag the TradeTidy social media account to the post. 

The prize 

7. The prize will be your choice of any TradeTidy product (limited to 1 product) or a £20 Amazon gift card. 
8. There will be one winner each calendar month who will be drawn at random. 
9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 
10. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 
11. The decision of Aspro Tools Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

Winner announcement 

12. The winner will be notified via the social media account they used to post and tag TradeTidy with. 
13. Aspro Tools Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by social media up to three times. 
14. If the winner does not respond to the messages notifying them of their win within 14 days of the third message, they will lose their right to the prize, and Aspro Tools Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. 

Receipt of the prize

15. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement. 

Data protection and publicity 

16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Limitation of Liability 

17. Aspro Tools Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize. 

General 

18. Aspro Tools Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 
19. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
20. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Aspro Tools Ltd and not to any other party.
